cardfactory completion of the acquisition of funkypigeon.com

cardfactory, the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, gifts
and celebration essentials, today announces the completion of the acquisition
of funkypigeon.com Limited ("Funky Pigeon") on 14 August 2025, on the terms
announced on 29 July 2025.

Darcy Willson-Rymer, cardfactory Chief Executive Officer, commented:
