Confirmation of Board changes
Card Factory plc, the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings and gifts, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 6 January 2016, Karen Hubbard will commence her role as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 25 April 2016.
As previously announced, the Group's current CEO, Richard Hayes, will step down as CEO on 24 April 2016 but will continue as an Executive Director of the Group and member of the Board until he retires and leaves the Group at the end of June 2016, having ensured a smooth handover over a four-month period.
