In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company has been informed that Octavia Morley, the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Crest Nicholson Holdings plc ("Crest Nicholson") with effect from 1 May 2017. She will also be a member of Crest Nicholson's Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
