Purchase of ordinary shares by Karen Hubbard
In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Card Factory announces that on 27 June 2016, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard, purchased 32,197 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 310.6p per share (the "Shares").
The transaction took place in London.
This notification is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4. Card Factory was notified of the above transaction on 27 June 2016.
