Purchase of ordinary shares by Karen Hubbard
Card Factory has been notified that on 20 October 2016, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard, purchased 7,207 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 270.8p per share. Ms Hubbard's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 39,404 ordinary shares, 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Card Factory was notified of the above transaction on 24 October 2016.
