Purchase of ordinary shares by Karen Hubbard
Card Factory has been notified that on 03 April 2017, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard, purchased 12,393 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 282.4p per share. Ms Hubbard's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 51,797 ordinary shares, 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Card Factory was notified of the above transaction on 03 April 2017.
