Card Factory has been notified that on 27 September 2017, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard (and her connected persons) purchased, in aggregate, 21,586 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 286.6p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
Ms Hubbard's (and her connected person's) beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 86,839 ordinary shares, 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
