Card Factory has been notified that on 11 January 2018, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard purchased, in aggregate, 20,387 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 239.1p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
Ms Hubbard's (and her connected person's) beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 107,226 ordinary shares, 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
