Notification of dealings by a director/PDMR

 

Card Factory has been notified that on 11 and 12 November 2021, Nathan (Tripp)
Lane, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased, in aggregate,
200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 53.5 pence per share. The
transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Tripp Lane's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this
purchase is 200,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse
Regulation and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
