Notice of Results

Card Factory, the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards and
complementary products, will release its preliminary results for the 12 months
to 31 January 2022, on 3 May 2022.

There will be a webcast of the results presentation for analysts and investors
at 10am on 3 May 2022.
