NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Card Factory announces that on 28 April 2015 the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Darren Bryant, notified the Company that he had transferred 2,297,553 of his ordinary shares of 0.01 each in the Company to his spouse for nil consideration. The transaction took place in Yorkshire.
This notification is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4.
