In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that at the date of this announcement the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 341,626,396 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with each share carrying one vote. No shares are held in treasury.  
The number of 341,626,396 ordinary shares above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
No shares have been issued by the Company in the current month.  The increase notified in this announcement arises from the allotment of 77,090 shares by the Company in October 2019, on the partial vesting of awards made to certain employees under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
