Notification of sale of ordinary shares in Card Factory plc
Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP announces that CCP IX LP No.1, CCP IX LP No.2, CCP IX Co-Investment LP (together, the "Charterhouse Funds"), sold 40,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.74 per cent. of the total number of voting rights in Card Factory plc, at a price of 265 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction") on 10th December 2014.
Liberum acted in connection with the Transaction.
