** Biotech's shares  CRDF.O  rise as much as 23.3% to $6.45
before the bell - on track to hit their highest in over a month,
if gains hold 
    ** CRDF says Pfizer  PFE.N  made a $15 million equity
investment in co  PnbH8q0La   
    ** PFE purchased 2.4 million shares for $6.22 per share - co
    ** Additionally, Pfizer's Adam Schayowitz will join CRDF's
scientific advisory board, once formed
    ** Schayowitz is VP & medicine team group lead for breast
cancer, colorectal cancer and melanoma at Pfizer
    ** CRDF will use proceeds to advance its ongoing cancer
treatment programs
    ** CRDF grants Pfizer rights of first access to data from
its development programs
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, CRDF down ~71% YTD
