The group, including Campmoss, specialises in property investment and development in the Thames Valley. The portfolio, valued in excess of 25m, is primarily located to the west of London, close to Heathrow Airport and in Surrey and Berkshire.
Annual General Meeting
At the company's annual general meeting held today all resolutions placed before the meeting were approved, including the final dividend of 11.5 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2017, which will be paid to shareholders on 15 February 2018.
