A$1.64, hitting highest since Nov. 20, 2014
    ** The construction and engineering firm says it will
continue strategic review of its remaining operations including

    ** Co says it has received a number of unsolicited
approaches in relation to its International Development Business
 
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 22
    ** 1.6 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day

   ** Stock has risen 360.3% this year, as of last close
