    ** Co announces a common stock repurchase program of up to
$50 mln of its shares over a period of up to 24 months 
    ** Repurchases under the program to be funded from existing
cash and cash equivalents or future cash flow - Co 
    ** Co had reported cash, cash equivalents and marketable
