VALUE OF THE ASSETS SOLD AMOUNTS TO €143 MILLION

CLARIANE'S SHARE AMOUNTS TO APPROXIMATELY €74 MILLION

TRANSACTION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO REDUCING GROUP'S DEBT AND FINANCIAL LEVERAGE

FACILITIES WILL CONTINUE TO BE OPERATED BY KORIAN BELGIUM UNDER 20-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENTS
