ARKEMA: AKE.PA

French chemical company Arkema has successfully placed a new 500 million euro green bond with a 3.50% coupon and an 8-year maturity.

AEGON LTD: AEGN.AS

Dutch insurance company Aegon is selling approximately 12.5 million shares in A.S.R. via an accelerated placing, representing 6% of ASR's share capital, which will decrease Aegon's shareholding in ASR to 24%.

CARE PROPERTY INVEST: CPINV.BR

Belgian real estate company Care Property Invest has raised its 2025 EPS guidance to 1.11 euros and intends to pay a stable gross dividend of 1.00 euro per share for the full year.

DERICHEBOURG: DBG.PA

French services company Derichebourg has revised its EBITDA forecast to between 300 and 310 million euros from 350 million euros for the financial year ending 30 September 2025.

EU/MERCOSUR:

    An
    EU trade accord with South America's Mercosur bloc will be presented by the European Commission on Wednesday for approval, pitting Germany and other countries that want new markets to offset Trump tariffs against chief deal critic France and its allies.

FRANCE/BUDGET:

French Finance Minister Eric Lombard said the government would inevitably have to compromise on plans to cut the budget deficit if Prime Minister Francois Bayrou is toppled in a confidence vote next week, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday.
