** Wedbush revises ratings and price targets on some real
estate investment trusts (REITs)
    ** "2025 could start volatile for REITs as markets flesh out
possible shocks to the system from a new and aggressive
administration" - Wedbush analyst Richard Anderson
    ** Brokerage downgrades ratings for BXP  BXP.N , CareTrust
 CTRE.N , Healthcare Realty Trust  HR.N  and Pebblebrook Hotel
Trust  PEB.N  to "underperform" from "neutral"
    ** Brokerage, however, upgrades ratings for Douglas Emmett
 DEI.N  and VICI Properties  VICI.N  to "outperform" from
"neutral"
