 MTBC.O  down 3% at $8.53 
    ** Co appoints its President, A. Hadi Chaudhry, to succeed
Stephen Snyder as chief executive officer, effective March 29

    ** Snyder will serve as chief strategy officer and continue
to serve as director
    ** Chaudhry joined MTBC in 2002 and has served as the
general manager, chief information officer and vice president of
global operations, prior to being appointed president in 2018
    ** Stock up ~69% in last 12 months
