Caribou Bio slips as cancer therapy data disappoints

** Shares of Caribou Biosciences Inc CRBU.O fall 14.1% to
$7.49 premarket
** Co says all six lymphoma patients in a trial of its CAR-T
therapy achieved complete remission but that rate fell to 40%

** The drug, CB-010, was generally well-tolerated and the
side effects were consistent with other drugs belonging to the
same class called allogeneic CAR-T cell therapies
** The treatments are made of T-cells, which are white blood
cells that have been genetically altered to make them better
able to spot and attack cancer
** Data to be presented at a conference in Austria
** CRBU shares down ~42% YTD
