among biggest pct gainers across U.S. exchanges in mid-day trade
** Co reports promising initial results from early-stage
study of its experimental cancer treatment CB-010 (https://refini.tv/3FEs0CF)
** CB-010 showed 100% overall response rate and 80% complete
response rate in cohort 1 of patients with relapsed or
refractory B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a type of cancer that
starts in lymphatic system - CRBU
** Based on data, the trial is now enrolling patients in
cohort 2; additional data are expected by year end
** Stock has lost ~45% YTD, including session moves
