** Drug developer's shares  SESN.O  slide ~9% to 62 cents   
    ** Says FDA agreed to majority of SESN proposed plan for
additional late-stage study that company plans to conduct for
its bladder cancer drug 
    ** Says the company plans to further talk to the FDA in the
coming months for the remaining outstanding items related to
study  
    ** In Aug, the FDA rejected the blood cancer drug; the trial
was marked by misconduct and several other issues, according to
