July 26 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ASM INTERNATIONAL  ASMI.AS :
    ASMI said on Tuesday it expects revenue of 580-620 million
euros  ($640.20-684.36 million) in the third quarter of 2023. 
    
    CARMILA  CARM.PA :
    Carmila posted half-year net rental income up 45% YOY and
retailer sales up 7% versus the first half of 2022.
    
    ERAMET  ERMT.PA :
    Eramet announced on Tuesday it has received an unilateral
offer for the purchase of 100% of shares in Eramet Titanium &
Iron.
    
    ESSILORLUXOTICA  ESLX.PA 
    Luxury eyewear maker EssilorLuxottica reported on Tuesday a
rise in second-quarter revenue, boosted by EMEA retail growth
and the continued recovery in China.
    
    GETLINK  GETP.PA :
    Getlink said that LeShuttle carried almost 100,000
passengers over July 21-23 weekend.
    
    GTT  GTT.PA :
    GTT announced on Tuesday it has received an approval in
principle from ClassNK for a new tank concept for Transporting
Liquid Hydrogen.
    
    IPSOS  ISOS.PA :
    Ipsos posted on Tuesday half-year revenues at 1,087.1
million euros and confirmed its guidance.
    
    LAGARDERE  LAGA.PA :
    Group Lagardere reported on Tuesday half-year recurring EBIT
up 31.8% to 141 million euros and group sales for six months to
30 June 2023 up 22.3% to 3,701 million.
    
    Metropole Television  MMTP.PA :
    Metropole Television (M6) posted first-half revenue down EUR
621.9 million, and consolidated EBITA of 135 millions euros.
    
    NEXANS  NEXS.PA :
    NEXANS announced on Tuesday it will build third generation
cable laying vessel. This vessel will be delivered in 2026.
    
    ORANGE  ORAN.PA :
    The Polish arm of telecoms firm Orange on Tuesday raised its
full-year guidance for revenue and core earnings, even as its
second-quarter net profit of 239 million zlotys ($60 million)
just missed market expectations.
    
    SOITEC SA  SOIT.PA :
    Soitec posted on Tuesday first-quarter revenue down 23% on a
reported basis to 157 million euros. It confirmed it FY24
guidance.
    
    VERALLIA  VRLA.PA  :
    Verallia posted a 30.7% increase in half-year revenue to
2,143 million euros and issued new guidance. 
    
    VIVENDI  VIV.PA /LAGARDERE  LAGA.PA :
    EU antitrust regulators on Tuesday opened an investigation
into whether French media conglomerate Vivendi infringed merger
rules during its acquisition of French publisher Lagardere with
a hefty fine likely for any breach.
