French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Oct 3 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ARGAN  ARGAN.PA :
    French property company said its third-quarter rental income
had increased by 12% to 46.3 million euros.
    
    BOLLORE  BOLL.PA  
    The group's Blue Solutions unit entered into a collaboration
agreement with Foxconn to develop batteries for two-wheeler
vehicles. 
    
    CARMILA  CARM.PA :
    Real estate investor said it had issued a new 500 million
euros bond to finance the acquisition of Galimmo.
    
    RENAULT  RENA.PA , STELLANTIS  STLAM.PA : 
    France is reluctant to delay post-Brexit tariffs that are
set to hit electric vehicles traded between Britain and the
European Union, French government sources said, in a move that
could hit carmakers on both sides of the Channel.
    Separately, a letter seen by Reuters shows the Biden
administration proposal to hike fuel economy standards through
2032 would cost General Motors  GM.N  $6.5 billion in fuel
economy fines and Chrysler parent Stellantis $3 billion. 
    
    KAUFMAN & BROAD  KOF.PA :
    French property developer on Monday said its end-August
global backlog reached 2.69 billion euros and confirmed its
outlook for 2023.
    
    AVIATION:
  Dutch politician Wopke Hoekstra, the country's nominee to run
the European Union's climate change portfolio, told a hearing at
the European Union (EU) parliament on Monday that he would look
to get support around the world for a global aviation levy and
try to ensure the bloc commits to slash its net greenhouse gas
emissions by at least 90% by 2040 if he gets the role.
    
    SANOFI  SASY.PA  
    The company struck an agreement with Janssen, a part of
Johnson & Johnson JNJ.N, to develop and commercialize a vaccine
candidate for extra-intestinal pathogenic E.coli, Sanofi said on
Tuesday. 
    
    
    SAFRAN  SAF.PA :
    French aerospace group on Monday said it had acquired
Thales' aeronautical electrical systems activities, which employ
nearly 600 people and generated revenues of 145 million euros in
2022. 
    
    SPIE  SPIE.PA :
    French engineering group on Monday said it had acquired the
Dutch company IMI Aero-Dynamiek. 
    
    VANTIVA  VANTI.PA  
    The company said it entered into an agreement with CommScope
to acquire its Home Networks unit in exchange for a 25% stake.
