CSV.N down 1.6% at $27.01
** Co appoints Carlos R. Quezada as chief executive officer,
effective immediately
** Quezada succeeds co's founder Mel Payne who will now
serve as executive chairman of Board
** Quezada serves as vice chairman of the Board and most
recently served as president and chief operating officer
** CSV shares down ~2% YTD
