Notice of Results

Carr's (CARR.L) ("Carr's" or the "Company") the Speciality Agriculture and
Engineering Group, will announce its results for the financial year ended 2
September 2023 on Thursday 21 December 2023.

The Company will host a conference call for analysts and investors on the day.
The presentation will be available on the Company's website soon after the
event.
