Cars.com Inc says CFO to step down, picks interim replacement

** Shares of online automotive dealer  CARS.N  up ~4% at
$15.25 in extended trading
    ** Co announces the resignation of CFO Sonia Jain effective

    ** CARS adds that Jain will be leaving the co to pursue a
new opportunity with a pre-IPO, venture capital-backed company 
    ** Jandy Tomy, vice president and treasurer will serve as
interim CFO
    ** Co adds that Tomy previously served as CARS CFO from Jan.
2020 through June 2020 
    ** CARS also reaffirms Q1 and annual 2022 outlook 
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock had fallen ~9% this year,
after gaining ~42% in 2021
