 for mixed shelf offering of up to $75 mln 
    ** CARV hits near six-week low 
    ** Co's market cap as of Wed stood at $52.9 mln, shares
outstanding 3.48 mln, as per Refinitiv data 
    ** Bank serves African-American communities with limited
access to mainstream financial services
    ** CARV surged to a decade-high of $42.5 in early July,
drawing interest from retail investors but has given up most of
