** Adjusted profit falls to $0.05/shr from $0.07/shr a year
earlier
** Posts Q4 rev of 484.4 mln vs $105.1 mln a year earlier
** Announces retirement of President and CEO, Jerry Guo, who
will remain on Board of Directors
** Says finance chief Edward Durkin to serve as interim CEO
until a successor is appointed
** Additionally, co appoints Bruce Evans as new Chairman of
the Board
** CASA fell 51.85% in 2022
