Feb 4 (Reuters) - Casablanca Group Ltd  2223.HK : 
 * Says "a revolving loan facility of an amount up to HK$19.0 million being subject to annual review by the lender" 
 * Casablanca International and Casablanca Home as borrowers and co as guarantor confirmed acceptance of facility letters 
 * Facilities, in an aggregate amount of up to approximately HK$84.2 million, were made available by the lender to the borrowers
