SAO PAULO, May 6 (Reuters) - Brazilian food retailer GPA PCAR3.SA said on Tuesday it requested an arbitration against its largest shareholder and former parent, French retailer Casino CASP.PA, over a dispute regarding tax payments going back over a decade.
In a filing, GPA said it had made the request before the International Court of Arbitration over differences in payment of corporate tax in 2007 and 2013 due to the "alleged improper deduction of goodwill amortization."
