    BOUYGUES TELECOM BOUY.PA/ORANGE ORAN.PA:
Bouygues Telecom BOUY.PA, Orange ORAN.PA and Free-iliad Group said on Saturday they have signed a memorandum of understanding with Altice France to buy telecoms operator SFR for €20.35 billion ($23.44 billion), including debt.

    CASINO GUICHARD PERRACHON CASP.PA:
French retailer Casino Guichard Perrachon announced progress on its financial restructuring, with banking partners aligning on key financing parameters including a new five-year revolving credit facility of around €600 million and continuation of operational financing of around €620 million. The company also obtained an extension until December 31, 2026 to hold its annual shareholders' meeting to approve 2025 financial statements.

    FNAC DARTY FNAC.PA:
French retailer Fnac Darty adjusted the conversion ratio of its €200 million OCEANE bonds due 2027 to 1.2 shares per bond, effective June 5, 2026.

    FRANCE/UKRAINE:
The leaders of Britain, Germany and France said on Sunday they supported a proposal for talks between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Russian President Vladimir Putin to try to secure a ceasefire, and Europe would play a role.

Belgian medical device company Nyxoah priced an underwritten public offering of 55.23 million ordinary shares at $1.72 per share, raising $95 million.
