Posting of the Notice of AGM

 

The Board is pleased to confirm the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has
today been posted to shareholders. The meeting is scheduled for 11.00am on
Thursday 30 June 2022 at the offices of Taylor Wessing, 5 New Street Square,
London EC4A 3TW.

 

This will be the first face to face meeting for three years and shareholders
are encouraged to attend.

 

Copies of the Notice of AGM together with details on the ways shareholders may
vote will be posted to the company's website www.caspiansunrise.com
