The Board of Caspian Sunrise is pleased to announce that today it will post a
shareholder circular (the "Circular") including a notice convening a General
Meeting to be held at 2.00 pm on Friday 30 January 2026, at the offices of
Taylor Wessing, 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW, for shareholders to
consider and, if thought fit, to pass resolutions to receive the accounts for
the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the reports of the
Directors and Auditors.
