Update on the sale of BNG's MJF and South Yelemes structures

 

Further to the announcement of 3 March 2025, the Board of Caspian Sunrise is
pleased to report good progress in the steps required to complete the disposal
of the shallow MJF and South Yelemes structures at the BNG Contract Area (the
"Disposal").

 

Accordingly, the long stop date under the Disposal agreement has been further
extended to 30 April 2025.
