Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, announces that it was informed on 6 October 2015 that on 30 September, Edmund Limerick, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his wife each purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 9p per Share.
Following these purchases Edmund Limerick now holds 50,000 Shares and his wife holds 605,000 Shares. This combined holding represents 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
