The Company has received notification that the trustees of the EBT have acquired common shares of $0.01 as detailed below:

The EBT is a trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") and currently holds 4,216,585 common shares.
Stephen Catlin, Richard Banas, Paul Brand, Paul Jardine, Andrew McMellin, Benjamin Meuli, Joanne Mier and Adrian Spieler, all of whom are persons discharging managerial responsibilities, have an interest in the common shares acquired as potential beneficiaries under the EBT in respect of their participation in Group share schemes.
This notification is made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
