** U.S.-listed shares of shipping co  1C1.F ,  CTRM.O  rises
~2% to $0.51
    ** Co to acquire two 2006 Korean-built MR1 tankers, two 2004
Korean-built Aframax/LR2 tankers and one 2002 Korean-built

    ** The five tankers are acquired from an unaffiliated
third-party for an aggregate purchase price of $49.25 mln 
    ** Expected delivery of the vessels in Q2 - Castor
    ** Says after completion of all recent purchases, co's fleet
will consist of 23 vessels, of 15 bulkers and eight tankers
    ** CTRM up ~178% so far this year
