    ** Co announces new charter agreements for its dry-bulk
carriers M/V Magic Nebula, M/V Magic Moon and M/V Magic Nova

    ** M/V Magic Nebula, fixed at a gross daily charter rate of
$31,750, has a minimum duration of six months and a maximum
duration of eight months at the charterer's option
    ** M/V Magic Moon was fixed on a time charter contract at a
gross daily charter rate of $30,250; charter commenced on Aug.
31 and has a duration of about 90 days
    ** M/V Magic Nova was fixed at $32,000 gross daily charter
rate plus a one-time gross ballast bonus of $1.3 mln; charter
expected to start on or around Sept. 17 and will have a duration
~70 days
    ** CTRM is up 21.6% this year
