    ** Co announces new charter agreements for two of its dry
bulk carriers – M/V Magic Orion and M/V Magic Eclipse

    ** M/V Magic Orion, fixed at a gross daily charter rate of
$73,000; charter is expected to commence on or around Oct. 8,
and will have a duration of about 45 days
    ** M/V Magic Eclipse, fixed at a gross daily charter rate of
$28,500; charter commenced on Sept. 14 and has a minimum
duration of eight months and a maximum duration of ten months
(+/- 15 days) at the charterer's option
    ** CTRM is up ~27% so far this year
