Cator Maritime acquires Aframax tanker, shares up

~5% at 48 cents
    ** CTRM to acquire a 2005 Korean-built Aframax tanker from
an unaffiliated third-party for $14.8 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX7QNygw
    ** Purchase marks CTRM's 10th vessel acquisition in 2021
    ** The acquisition is expected to be completed by taking
delivery of the vessel within Q2
    ** Upon completion of all recently announced acquisitions,
CTRM's fleet will consist of 16 vessels
