At the Special General Meeting of the Company held on 18 December 2024, all
resolutions for the voluntary winding-up of the Company were duly passed.

As Shareholder approval to wind the Company has now been received the
Liquidator will immediately be appointed. The cancellation of trading of
Shares on the London Stock Exchange and Bermuda Stock Exchange will take place
at 08:00 on 19 December 2024.

 

The expected date of the final distribution to Shareholders will take place in
Q1 2025.

 

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Special General
Meeting contained in the Company's circular dated 18 November 2024 (the
"Circular"). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless the
context otherwise requires, bear the meaning given to them in the Circular.
