On 8 November 2019, the Company bought back 500,000 Ordinary Shares and 1,337,818 C Shares in the market, at an average price of USD 0.205 per share and USD 0.318856 per share respectively.
 
Following this share purchase, these shares will subsequently be cancelled.
 
From 8 November 2019 the total number of shares in the Company is 765,413,420, consisting of 313,080,952 Ordinary Shares and 452,332,468 C Shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 765,413,420.
