EU antitrust regulators set to okay $16.5 bln Novo Holdings, Catalent deal, source says

BRUSSELS/LONDON, Nov 22 (Reuters) - EU antitrust
regulators are set to clear without conditions Novo Holdings'
planned $16.5 billion takeover of Catalent CTLT.N , a person
with direct knowledge of the matter said on Friday.
Novo Holdings is the controlling shareholder of Danish
drugmaker Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO , whose profits from
blockbuster weight-loss drug Wegovy has made it Europe's most
valuable company by market value.
