** Shares of acoustic components maker AAC Technologies
Holdings Inc  2018.HK  lead gains among Apple Inc's  AAPL.O 
suppliers in Hong Kong, surging as much as 10.8% to HK$44.65,
the highest since July 29  
    ** Stock of AAC Tech ranks the fourth-most actively traded
shares 
    ** Pre-orders for Apple Inc's latest iPhones have gotten off
to a better start than the last cycle a year ago, several Wall

    ** Apple last week unveiled three iPhone models featuring
upgraded processors and new camera functionality, including
iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max

rises as much as 8.5% to HK$12.50, the highest since Aug 20
    ** Sunny Optical Technology  2382.HK  gains 1.7% to
HK$118.50
    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng sub-index, tracking information
technology firms  .HSCIIT , climbs 0.6%, while the benchmark
index  .HSI  edges down 0.1% 
    ** In Taiwan, lens set maker Largan Precision  3008.TW 
climbs 5.5%, casing maker Catcher Technology  2474.TW  up 1.1%
