Asian Apple suppliers slump, court ban and weak data weigh

** Shares of Apple Inc's  AAPL.O  suppliers in Asia retreat,
as Apple faces a court ban in China on some of its iPhone
models, and as China posted weak factory data 
    ** Suppliers on the mainland are hit the hardest, with
Shenzhen Sunway Communication  300136.SZ , provider of internet
solutions Luxshare Precision  002475.SZ , optical firm O-Film
Tech  002456.SZ  and electronic components maker Lens Technology
 300433.SZ  down 3-7.5 pct
    ** Apple Inc, facing a court ban in China on some of its
iPhone models over alleged infringement of Qualcomm Inc  QCOM.O 
patents, said on Friday it will push software updates to users

    ** In Hong Kong, acoustic component maker AAC Technologies
Holdings  2018.HK  and front camera module maker Cowell
 1415.HK  down ~5 pct and ~3 pct, respectively
    ** In Taiwan, Apple's biggest iPhone assembler Foxconn
 2317.TW  down ~2 pct, while the integrated touch display
provider General Interface Solution  6456.TW , casing maker
Catcher Technology  2474.TW  and lens set maker Largan Precision
 3008.TW  down 0.7-2.2 pct 
    ** Earlier this week, Qualcomm said a Chinese court had
ordered a ban on sales of some older iPhone models for violating
two of its patents, though intellectual property lawyers said

    ** The share drop also comes as the world's second largest
economy posts weak retail sales and industrial output data
