Hyperneph Software Limited Update
The Company announces that, further to the announcement released by the
Company on 4 May 2021, Nick Delacamp has tendered his resignation as an
employee of the Company and as a member of the board of Hyperneph Software
Limited ("HSL"), the Company's 51% subsidiary. He will continue as a
consultant to Catenae to assist with ongoing and prospective client contracts.
John Farthing, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will be appointed to the
board of HSL to fill the role left by Nick Delacamp. The Company remains in
dispute with certain shareholders of HSL.
