Alludium enhances its Enterprise credibility with ISO 27001:2022 Certification and SOC 2® Type II Attestation

Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM-quoted provider of technology and digital
solutions, notes that Alludium Ltd ("Alludium"), its investee company and
developer of a no-code AI Agent Operating System, has achieved ISO 27001:2022
certification and received its SOC 2® Type II attestation, enhancing its
potential to sell to enterprise clients.

ISO 27001:2022 is the internationally recognised standard for information
security management systems. Certification confirms that Alludium operates a
structured, audited framework for managing information security risks across
its people, processes, and technology. Many enterprise sized organisations
will only transact with supplier partners that can demonstrate this level of
compliance.

SOC 2® is an attestation standard governed by the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that evaluates whether an organisation's
controls related to security operate effectively over a defined observation
period.

Alludium received its SOC 2® Type II report following an audit conducted by
Atom Assurances.

Together, these represent independent, third-party assurance of Alludium's
information security practices and its commitment to protecting customer data.

This milestone strengthens Alludium's position to support enterprise
deployments, where robust data governance, access controls, and operational
assurance are critical requirements for adoption.
